Leadership
Michael Geier

Partner at accelerando associates, heads up accelerando tpm. Michael joined accelerando in 2013 and has extensive fund distribution experience, with more than 29 years in business. Before joining accelerando Michael was Head of Sales Germany & Austria at Standard Life Investments, Managing Director at ABN Amro Asset Management, Head of Sales at Mellon Global Investments, Head of Retail Sales at Henderson Global Investors as well as in sales for Alliance Capital and Flemings. Michael, married and father of two grown up children, holds a B.A. in European finance & accounting.

Robert L. Hau

Acts as an external cooperation partner for accelerando and its clients covering German institutional investors since April 2021. Robert set up his own independent third party marketing firm in May 2011. Prior to this, Robert worked for Fidelity Investments (Head of Distribution), Bank of Ireland AM (Managing Director, Continental Europe) and SEB AM (Head Distribution and Board Member) etc. All in all, Robert has more than 35 years of experience in the investment industry and holds a degree of business administration. He is a member of the association of “Certified Financial Planner (CFP)” and “European Financial Advisor (EFA)”.
